ORDER
1. PRIOR CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION
To place an order, the Customer must identify himself by means of his username and password. For any first order, the Client must follow an account creation procedure and complete the information requested on the Site. Account credentials will also be requested from the Customer to access certain areas of the Site, such as my account. The Client shall be permanently responsible for preserving the security of his / her identifiers. In the event of loss or forgetting of his password, the Customer can ask for it again by going to his account and clicking on I forgot my password. It will then receive its identifiers by email to the address previously indicated when registering on the Site.
2. REGISTRATION AND VALIDATION OF THE ORDER
To place an order on the Site, the Customer must add in his / her basket all the Products that he wishes to buy by clicking on the mention add to the basket. In case of unavailability of a Product or in the event of an error on the Site concerning in particular the description, the characteristics or the price of a Product, we reserve the right to cancel any order relating to the said Product. The Customer will then be informed by e-mail. We may then offer the Customer another Product of equivalent quality and price. In the absence of acceptance by the Client, N`GAJE will, if necessary, reimburse the sums withdrawn, the remainder of the order remaining firm and definitive.

PAY

The total amount due by the Customer is indicated before the final validation of the order on the Site as well as in the confirmation email sent by the Seller. The payment of the order is made only on the Site by means of a bank card or Paypal. In order to make the payment, the Customer must provide certain information concerning the credit card including the name of the cardholder, the number of the credit card, its expiry date and its cryptogram number.
The payment of the order is made with the secure payment solution of the CAIXABANK or Paypal. The settlement will be considered validated after confirmation of the payment agreement made by the issuing body. In case of refusal of the bank, the order will be canceled automatically and the Seller will be released from any obligation and responsibility towards the Customer. The Seller also reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer who has not fully or partially settled a previous order or with which a dispute is pending.

SHIPPING TERMS

The Products ordered will be delivered, at the choice of the Customer, by parcel followed at the address indicated by him on the order form. No delivery can be made in a PO Box. All prices and delivery times are available on delivery terms. Shipment of the order, regardless of the mode of delivery retained by the Customer, the Customer will receive an e-mail informing him the tracking number of his package. The Customer will be able to follow the delivery of his order by clicking on the link provided for this purpose. In case of absence or delay of delivery, the Customer must send an email to info@ngajebarcelona.com which will contact, if necessary, the carrier so that an investigation is carried out. In the event that the delivery period is not respected, the Customer will also have the possibility to ask the Seller to cancel his order and to reimburse the sums paid in the conditions of common law. N`GAJE shall not be liable for any delay in delivery and / or loss of an order due to an error in the Customer’s address. In case of absence of the Client at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of the passage informing him of the modalities of redelivery or recovery of the parcel, the delivery being deemed carried out by the Seller and the latter consequently being released from Any obligation and liability to the Client.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the number and status of the Products upon receipt. In case of an apparent anomaly of the parcel (damaged parcel, open parcel, reconditioned parcel, trace of liquid …), the Customer must issue the necessary clear and precise reservations to the carrier and / or refuse the parcel. Any anomaly concerning the delivery of the Products must be notified by email to info@ngajebarcelona.com a maximum delay of 5 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel. After opening the package, in case of error of delivery and / or non-conformity of the Products in kind or in quality compared to the indications indicated on the order form, the Customer must make a complaint with N`GAJE by email To info@ngajebarcelona.com a maximum delay of 5 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel. In the event of a justified refusal of a package or an error in delivery or non-conformity of a Product under the above conditions, N`GAJE will, at its discretion, either reimburse the Product (s) S) within 2 weeks, or on the redirection of the missing Product (s). The Seller reserves the right, at his own expense, to ask the Customer to return the Product (s) delivered in error and / or damaged in their original packaging.
